I posted this to Tech Support, but GK didn’t have any solutions. I tried to load up a mod for OoB, and it froze. I tried another, and it also froze on loading. I tried all f my mods, even downloaded The Gabe-Mod, all of them froze upon load up. No clue what that means. Right now I’m going through the files to see which one is causing this, but haven’t found anything.

I just deleted one of the mods, now its working!

Mods can be tricky in two ways. To be blunt, they don't all work either because, first, they were not designed correctly or second, the base game changed. Or both. Gabe's mod is one that works, as far as I know. There are a couple of others but the thing is, caveat emptor. Heh, the developers themselves routinely break their own Battle of Britain with game updates. I would recommend that you load one at a time so that you can walk it back if it crashes the game.

Glad you sorted things out. It's an interesting piece of information, though. Didn't know that - even when not started - having other mods in the mod-folder could break the game.

I've always thought that the mod-loader screen reads the mod's pic and the mod.txt description file only. Hard to believe that an entry there could cause such errors. There's only one other thing that comes to mind that could cause this: Funny fact, if you happen to use any of the mods from the-user-whose-name-shall-not-be-spoken (HBlack) this may happen, too. It's somewhat silly, but it's been hardcoded to be rejected...

Yeah, thats the one that broke it. It was People’s General. I downloaded it ages ago, never got it working, but never got around to deleting it.
Good to see everything working again! Thought I was gonna lose all of that stuff. That woulda meant no presents to download on Christmas morning!
