[1.06b] Dead nation wants peace

Took Aedui's last province, hunted down its last wayward army, and they bugged me for peace repeatedly. Turn after turn.
I figured they didn't have any remaining regions since clicking their peace request didn't zoom me to any provinces, so I eventually accepted their peace. Thankfully, nothing bad happened and I didn't return any provinces. Threw an error message about terms of the agreement changing since they were offered, so it was invalid, but I didn't get any more offers after that.

I think it happened a second time, but I accepted peace with them immediately and didn't get an error message. Also didn't lose any conquered territory.
