Since this falls into the realm of diplomacy I'll post it here.

I would like to have the option to offer a small/medium/large gift. Currently the size of the gift only depends on the money YOU have - not the size of the recipient.
As I understand it the effect of the gift depends on the money given and the recipients size. There I would also like to get an idea how much of an effect my gift will have.

But did you try to send whatever money you want through a transaction in the new diplomacy system? You have several choices here.

Yes, I know and did. But I meant gifts outside of treaties to generally appease foreign countries.
