Attempting to Register P&S Campaigns gives 404

When I try to register my newly purchased Pike and Shot Campaigns I get a 404-Page Not Found. Also attempts to update from Build 1.1.0 seem to fail. Perhaps because I've not managed to register the game?

did you buy on site or on steam?

just login if bought on here to your account and add the serial number to your account on the support pagers (My Page)
