Non critical error message at completion of treaty

As Nubia, I conquered most of Ethopia, leaving 1 province, then asked for them to surrender and be subsumed. They did, 2 turns later. There was a brief error message that popped up, something like "Warning- Destroy Treaty Treaty not found" or something like that. I then got a long list of messages that they had TAKEN my provinces, then that I had taken them back. At the end of the day, I kept the provinces and took their last one too, wiping them out, which was the expected result.

This is meant to be a screenshot. Not sure why adding screenshots doesn't work. Do I need to edit the screenshot and put it in a different format?

jpeg or depends on what format the screenshot is in, i don't use the default one, as you have to convert to load it here tbh

The save the turn before you got the error would be the most helpful though.

I ran in to this exact same error twice. Pocus, do you have the file/information you need at this point? If not I can try and find my file.
