What does the Siege Expert trait give you?

1. +2 to attack/defence strength during a siege assault.

Or

2. + extra die rolls during a siege assault.

Or

3. +2 to the siege determination outcome roll.

Option 3. But the leader bonus (or at least the portion that comes from offensive/defensive skill) is capped to the number of units in the army that have the relevant type of siege bonus (medium infantry, upgraded heavy infantry or legions for besiegers, foot skirmishers, archers, etc for defenders).
