I have quite a few Black Hat models in service and I can only recommend them for both quality and service. Good company.

You know what!
I ordered from 6 different manufacturers on the same night.
Essex turned up within 2 days.
Alain toulier turned up in 3 days
Xyston turned up in 2 days
FFS even Kharasan turned up in 4 days--from the States!!
Black hat -----WTF are they! order no 1535
Peter Pig --same thing.
I have ordered stuff from every decent supplier in the past few months and it is the Brit guys that are slow.
It does seem to me that the best figure sculpters and the fastest delivery is from outside UK
Ain`t that sad.

Well, I think the Xyston would be the best sculpters and they are in the UK... aren't they?

Of course, "Ian" being my name doesn't help you figure out my heritage does it?
...and just coz I own a kilt doesn't mean I like the idea of hugs and kisses

Well, actually my HERITAGE is Scots, but my nationality is Australian, so no, Salute is a bit far
So it's even worse than you thought - a colonial thinking of himself as a Scot!

At the moment, like a number of small wargames traders, I am swamped with orders far above the usual levels and currently working my way through them.
I cast the majority of figures to order (as do a lot of small companies) which is why the website says 2 weeks for orders to be cast and dispatched (there is only me!).
Your order will be cast next week and sent out, within the two week period.
Many thanks

Hi Mike,
It's a good explanation, but I think sometimes an explanation comes too late. By way of trying to help you with business I'm wondering if you should send a 'confirmation' email explaining exactly that. It could be a file letter, nobody would care:
"Dear valued customer,
We thank you for your business. Your order will be processed within two weeks of receipt of your order.
Please be aware that as we are a small company our ability to hold stock in hand is limited and your order will be cast especially for you at our earliest opportunity.
We hope you understand the slight delay in the processing of your order.
Kind Regards
Tim

Soemthing like that.
Now, you may have already done such a thing... in which case Spartacus up there can stay nailed to the cross so far as I'm concerned... in fact I'll hurl insults at him AND his dimpled chin

.

It states two weeks in the ordering info so wait two weeks. Then send an email. Also its only one person doing all the work.
