The number of entries is limited to 10, first come first served, entries by email to

Please send all army lists to

The events in 2020 
March 8,  Three ideas, vote underway (Dec 2019):-
•	Italian Wars 1494 to 1550, Maximilian, French, Spanish, Italian, Venetian, all Italian options only
•	Kiel, any army with at least 2 kiels 
•	British wars, any British Isles army before 1620
October 11, ECW , Confederate Irish, Early Royalist, Later Royalist, Scots Royalist, Parliamentarian, New Model Army, Scots Covenanter
Format of the day and the games.
The 15mm events will be 650 points on a 5ft x3 ft table.  
3x2.5hour battles
Deployment zones:
	Flank zone will be 10MU wide, rear zone will be 4 MU deep.
	Deployment depth will be 10MU for battle troops and 15MU for light troops
Terrain:
	Players create terrain using the normal rules but number of extra pieces is reduced to a maximum of 3.

Timetable for the games: -
1st Round 9.00am to 11.30am				
30-minute break							
2nd Round 12.00 am to 2.30pm
30 -minute break
3rd Round 3.00 pm to 5.30pm (we only have the hall until 6.00pm)
Fees
These meetings are being held on regular Oxford club Sundays (hence limited spaces).  Price for the day, to include tea, coffee etc and to fund prizes is £10 payable by purchase of a ticket from

Wolvercote Village Hall Management Committee

During this time of restrictions due to the Covid 19 pandemic the committee would like ALL HIRERS to take particular note of the following when using the hall.
•	No more than   20?  persons in the hall during a booking
•	Please ensure windows are opened to increase ventilation
•	Hand sanitiser is available to the right of the main door on entry and by the fire exit at the front of the building. 
•	There is a one in - one out system for use of the toilet areas and sanitiser provided at the entry points. This is signposted in the hall.
•	There is soap and paper towels provided in all toilet areas. Bins are provided
•	Please try and bring your own refreshments to avoid proximity with others in the kitchen area. 
•	If the kitchen area is used please ensure anything used is washed and surfaces and sinks are wiped down at the end of the booking.
•	Please avoid using the Percy Tollett Room at the rear of the building.
On leaving the hall (to be implemented by club members attending):
•	Wearing disposable gloves provided please wipe down all surfaces and door handles in areas used: Anti bacterial spray and kitchen towel is provided.
•	Ensure all windows and door are secured
•	Please leave any chairs or tables that have been used during your booking at the rear of the hall for cleaning.
•	Hirers can leave via the fire exit. The key holder will need to wipe down the fire door handle and then exit through the main hall door.
