Is it possible for the BA editor to be a file that I can download? I would like to start making scenarios, but the IPad doesn’t have the editor.

Unfortunately no, it is built into the game itself. That said, you can pick the game up right now for less than $2 in our sale, so you could just grab the whole game for less than a coffee
