Custom names?

Is there an editable file somewhere where the custom names I gave my units in my game is located? (Playing a large scenario and I would like to have a list.)

It's a very nice feature. I use to rename all the units who get a hero.

This should be located in the savegame file, I don’t see where else it could be :
