I have a multiplayer game stuck on the last turn. When I open the game, it gives me the end of battle report halfway through the replay, as soon as the rout threshold is reached. When I try to End Review and complete the game, it repeatedly tells me unable to submit turn, and to check my connection.

Which tab is it in, "My Turn" or "Completed"?

If it shows the End of Battle Report, if means that game has already been completed, and it should be in the "Completed" tab. You certainly aren't supposed to be able to send a turn after the End Review.

If it is in the "My Turn" tab rather than the "Completed" tab, then probably a server glitch has caused it to get filed in the wrong place.

The game is stuck in the 'My Turns' tab. I've sent a pm to my opponent asking him to hit the 'End Stalled Game' button. Will that solve the issue?

Well I think the game has already finished. If there is an End Battle report then it has finished.

The "End Stalled Game" thing will not work until 7 days have elapsed since the last turn was made.
