Does anyone know of suitable figures in 15mm for African Vandals?

I admit I don't know a huge amount on the subject but nothing but Lancer Cavalry seems a 'fun' army to use.

Certainly not a lot of tactical decisions to make. 'Shall we charge?' 'YES'

Well you need to decide whether you want to depict them with kontos or with spear and shield - depends on what view you take of them.

If the latter almost any range of Gothic cavalry or similar types will be OK, if you want the kontos weilders you're probably limited to Donninton's "Sarmatizing Goths" IIRC.

Best bet, therefore, may be to nip over to www.madaxeman.com and look at the pictures from ranges there - he has them listed by army.

I only know Donnington who makes real Vandals

but if you choose lance cavalry in some goths army you won't be far to get something correct.

You may want to take the Should be fun, fast and morphable to other armies.

Moorish Skirmisher allies and Alans are nice to have, but that would ruin the purity of total vandalism.
