Did Slitherine get the rights to the Warlords (SSG/II) series?

I noticed that on the new store pages for Warlords 1 & 2 and 3 at GOG Slitherine is listed as the co-publisher.
I know the Warlords rights went with Steve Fawkner when he split off from SSG to form Infinite Interactive and used the setting for PuzzleQuest. I know he had plans for further Warlords games, but presumably got distracted with Gems of War and that superhero match-3 game.
