Getting master hunter as a build option deletes hunting grounds

As the subject states, every time master hunter shows up in my build options if the region has a hunting grounds already built the hunting grounds will disappear. Hunting lodge seems to be unaffected if both are present, and I'm uncertain if the same behaviour happens if only a hunting lodge is present because hunting grounds are in all my forest regions.

This bug still exists.
Let me rephrase that - I've had "master hunter" already constructed and suddenly noticed all my buildings disappeared, no slots freed though and no option to rebuild as if they were hidden and inactive (no production given).
20 turns before I noticed it they were still there.
The only thing that comes to my mind is that when I conquered or traded for a province "master hunter" was under construction and it triggered a bug.
