Am I the only one not able to get the latest update to work?

I have my firewall turned off. Wherever I go to find the patch and click on it, I get the message "can't reach this page".
I haven't had this problem before.

I read that some people were having issues, but now seem to have successfully got it.

Any ideas?

installing and running the game as admin sets up the right permissions for the updater to work and pass through most firewalls, if it's blocked you have to manually set the permissions in the firewall or download from your members account the latest update and install it yourself manually

Like Zak said, usually this issue is caused by the interference of a Internet security program (a firewall, an anti-virus, an anti-malware, etc.) with the game update feature.
Please check if any of your Internet security programs is interfering with the download from our ftp servers.

Alternatively, you can manually download and install the updates from the forum the Member's area.
You can download games and updates/patches manually from the Member's Area provided they are registered to the account.
