Hello. I am trying to complete the quest 'send envoy to Rime' at the map 'Synor and the North'. The dialog window does not allow me to choose 'Let Marcra speak to them'. See the screenshot below. Is that a bug?

By the way, it is not associated with the supply limit. I've tried to complete the quest with 27/29 on supply - no success. First option is still not available.

that is a dialogue bug that should actually be fixed with yesterday's pacth. Please try the scenario from the "after..." save and let us know if that worked.

Did you set her free atz map start? There were two choices, but only one will allow her to be active later on the map...

I did not set her free at the map start (listen to Ailsa advise). So when my unit arrives to the rebel city, there is a dialog: 1) let Marcra speak to them; 2) fight rebels and 3) leave. Option 1 is not available to pick.

Yes, the bug here is that this option should not have been displayed - will be fixed for the next version. The dialogue is only available if you free Marcra at the start.

Ok, thanks for the respond and follow up... Personally, I'm disappointed. There are pretty unique conditions to get Marcra in your army: save her in the sunken lands (map 1), rescue her from the prison (map 2) and then still have to disagree with Ailsa. That a lot to do to recruit her, and for me this dialog option in the rebel city (at the end of the map 3!) would be quit logical to have to finally receive Marcra without a penalty... But no hope, ok, I still need to finish the game.
