If I dissemble the Satrape Palace (the administrative/culture building built automatically when you create the province), will my province be dissembled as well and revert to separate regions?

No, a new Satrape Palace gets built (for free) in the region of the province with the most per-turn Culture generation, which could well be the same region you disbanded it in.

So after the 3 turns it takes to dissemble it, the Satrape Palace automatically appears back(in the same region, or other region in same province with more CG)? I was hopping to get rid of it as it costs 20+ money per turn (lacks bonuses), but I guess it is realistic, as you can not properly govern a province without an imposing home. Thanks.

Fortunately for me, while the Satrape Palace is being dissembled, it cost no money to maintain, so I might repeat dissembling it forever after it spawns back, saving 20+ money for each province (and Seleucus has lots of provinces). If it works, should we consider it a bug (as doing this is not realistic)?

I thought a building 'worked' during dissambly, so yes if you can turn off the effects by simply always disambling sounds like a bug to me

Yeah, and if the Luxury requirement got cancelled as well, that could be quite exploit-y, indeed!
