I am working on a personal Mod and noticed some models have shields. Which Units have separate shield textures?
The ones I know of are Spanish Colunelas (spelling?) and Rodeleros (I think the asset files are colunela and swordsmen)
I know their is a Royalist skin for the colunela that includes shields.

Are their any other asset/model files that includes a shield?

Two years ago, when I was making lots of mods for P&S, I would have been able to tell you exactly, but the old memory is a bit hazy now!

As far as I can remember the list is this:

Colunela
Colunela with cart guns: exactly the same as the standard Colunela but the model has battalion guns.
Stradiot cavalry; these have a distinctive wing shaped shield.

Note that the Rodeleros texture has shields, but unfortunately the model does not use them. I remember I once tried to add the shield models from the Colunela, but could not get it to work.

Thanks! I will take a look at the Stradiot cavalry when I get home!

I played around with the Colunela textures and I found that it skips the first shield texture and duplicated the last shield texture.
The Stradiots do have the shields as well - I have not played with the textures yet.
