Slitherine

The combined system Fog II / Empires is a gem. But It seems to me that velites and other skirmishers are in an inflation process, because of price and the interest to have many on the battlefield. If others remark the same phenomena....Perhaps it will be more realsistic to have a maximum rate of heavier unit / light infantry to deploy in a given battle (ex : no more than 3 light infantry or cavalry for one medium or heavy one ?) .
