Hi Folks,
Love the game but I'm having an issue after coming back to it after a while.

Upon launching the game an error message appears stating "Unsupported graphics system: auto detected an unsupported intel graphics system. A crash or game instability is possible". I do have an Intel core i7 CPU but my computer also has a Nvidia GTX 970m GPU.
I haven't attempted to open this game in a while and previously when I had played it it ran very well, now the frame rate struggles on the war room scenes and any attempt to load a battle results in a crash. I've attached a screen grab of the Nvidia control panel settings which seem to indicate that the game should be utilising the GPU however I'm wondering if the game is instead trying to run off the CPU only. I've found mention of the problem on several forums (https://www.gog.com/forum/battlestar_ga ... _of_nvidia and https://steamcommunity.com/app/544610/d ... 369393753/ see comments 3 and 4) but no one seems to have a solution.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

It sounds that the gmae is assuming the Intel graphic chip instead of Nvidia.

Can you attach a DxDiag report file?

the drivers for the dedicated GPU are old,

update them and make you you do a fresh install of the drivers only

Please update your Nvidia drivers:

This time when installing the drivers please tick the box "Perform a clean installation".

Reboot Windows after having installed the drivers and run the game.
