The battle scenes do not show us the experience level of the troops involved, as far as I can tell.

Especially if a unit is lost in combat, I want to know what level experience it had. It is terrible to lose veterans, and the way things are now, one never knows.

well you do - the battle display will show the experience of each unit in combat - its a critical part to determining how effective they are

Thanks, loki100. I thought that the experience level would be incorporated into the calculations, but where can we see the number of gold stars a unit has (on the map screen) when we look at the battle scene?
