Hello folks. I've had Grand Campaign 39-45 and I recently purchased GC East '44 and GC East '45, yet I see no additional scenarios or campaigns. Was GC East '44 & '45 already included in GC 39-45?

Yes it is, they should both be listed with the other 8 campaigns included in GC 39-45 package. They should be found in the folder marked 'Classified' on the right side of the screen you reach after you click 'New Game' on the main screen and where you select which campaign to play. If you have purchased them, the SeaLion and US Grand Campaigns are also found there. However, none of the scenarios for any of the GC 39-45 (or US & SeaLion) campaigns are listed as individual scenarios like you see when you select any of the other major campaigns, e.g. Soviet Corps, Allied Corps, etc. GC '44 East starts with Korsun Pocket and ends with Budapest '44 while GC '45 starts with Goldap and ends with Epilogue. You can see all the available scenarios in the campaign tree diagrams of the Library.
