Updating

Hi I have had to re-install FOG II which I have done no problems. However I then go to update to the latest Patch 1.5.18 & when, during installation, It comes to entering the serial No. it asks me to select a new product to install? It will not let me activate the update & does not give me any other options?
Can anyone suggest where I am going wrong please.

whats up with the ftp server? I am trying to install game on new laptop, after an hour and 15 minutes, yup,1 hour and 15 minutes, ( and I have a very fast have speed on my network) I get an error, twice....I also get asked to log in again, I do and get sent to page with no content....

I am now, after 4 trys at the last patches before finally DLing it, trying to get 1.5.21 now....another merry go round, I watch the DL time wind up to over an hour( 83 minutes right now 400 PM Pac daylight time) at a transfer rate of approx 250- 300.kb/sec then, after 5 minutes, it freezes at 0.40 kb/sec then crashes wiht 'unable to DL file'. An error occurred etc etc etc...3 time sin last hour.
These patches seem huge, theres got to be a more efficient way of do this.....
Yea Ill report it....and just keep trying, what other method is there?

Yes, there are currently problems with the forum that the tech guys are trying to fix.
