In the main campaign, is there a way to conquer Centaurland and Harpyland? I was expecting at least one specific scenario for each of these two minor factions. Have I missed something?

I'm also looking for a way to play minor factions in the Skirmish section... Not available (barbarians and empire are the only two choices available in the drop down menu)?

no in the current campaigns these "minor factions" cannot be conquered, but we do have plans for them going forward.
That is the same reason we don't add them to your lineup - they are too small to make up their own faction, but adding them to another major faction also kind of creates an imbalance.

I hope then you will make more factions available in the future. maybe in the future expansions? Also allowing the player to make his own customized army from a pool of units in the skirmish map would give the game tremendous added fun value ( Warlords game had that feature).
