List of mods?

Hi, I'm trying to find a list of BA2 mods, is there one?
At the moment I'd like a mod that makes tracers brighter and easier to see, to help us see who's shooting at who.

You can tinker with DATA/UI/TEXTURES/BATTLE/TRACER.TGA to alter the colour and alpha of the tracers.

Thanks but it didn't work (sniffle), I changed the thin brown line in tracer.TGA to yellow, then red, then green, but each time in the game the tracer was always black!
What is that 'Alpha' you mentioned?

You will need a graphics app which allows you to alter the alpha channel, or to save the file with it intact. It sounds like the alpha channel is being stripped. Alpha is a forth channel (after RGB) that defines the opacity of the texture. Google is your friend if you want a more detailed explanation and potentially more alpha-friendly editors

Thanks, i'll google that alpha stuff.
Returning to my earlier question, is there a list of mods here in the BA2 forum that I can browse through and pick the ones I want to try?

Not of the form you describe, no.

Thanks, well why are there 5 pages in this 'Modders Corner' section? What are they all talking about?
PS- another thing I'd like to do is make the big objective markers (Red Star and Iron Cross) much smaller (or togglable on/off) because at the moment they obscure some of the action.

People (who have not added their campaigns to the official in-game list) post about their mods in the Modders Corner section.
Modding the models for the markers isn't really practical unfortunately.
Cheers
