The first thing is that when harpies charm your units your supply goes down which mean you can recruit more units and when you get your unit back you break the supply limit. in fact this can happen by accident, I got a unit controlled, then got a free unit from a location and thereby accidentially got more untis than I should be allowed to.

Secondly I just freed the prinsess and I tried starting up Synos and the kyrios mission, in both the princess ask me to set her free to go on a mission but on the Kyrios mission the option to let her is greayd out, while I can make that chocie in the Synos mision. I could understand if previous choices had locked one option, but not why I get the option in one scenario but not the other.

Both are bugs, but while the first one is not a big issue and usually rectifies itself through the unit death of the camp unit , the second is definitely not intended and will be fixed.
