soon i will provide screenshots, but the situation is the following

one hastati/principes veteran, with general are attacking in open terrain Raw ,offensive spearmen without general. chance to win impact is 84%

next to the raw , offensive spearmen are standing Average offensive spearmen , chance for the same hastati/principes veteran are exactly the same to win impact , 84%

The text says that -25 poa is calculated for RAW offensive spearmen , but the % is not changed in impact

indeed in melee, -25 poa IS present in the %, as the % is about 10% more in favor of AVERAGE offensive spearmen (compared to the RAW spearmen) against the already mentioned veteran hastati principes with general

note: 1% difference is due to how calculation works. in general calculations vary up to 5% as far as i noticed.
Example: 80-85% , 32-37% , 11-16%
So that has nothing to do with the missing -25 poa

I think POA is capped at +200

So the -25 raw unit POA modifier doesn't affect impact net POA (both +200 and +225 are counted as +200).
Instead melee POA is affected by the -25 raw modifier (+100 in the first example and +75 in the latter).

That is right. The combat against the Raw would be at 225 if it wasn't capped at 200.
