Too large window with the game in Win10

I have a problem displaying the window with the game GGWitE 1.11.03 in Windows 10. The game runs on a laptop with a maximum resolution of 1366x768. The window with the game is too large and you can not see its bottom, especially. Because of this, you can't go on playing the chosen scenario at all. Hiding the taskbar doesn't help. It is also not possible to reduce the DPI scaling below 100%. The problem with the window is even greater when increasing scaling. The same situation is when reducing the resolution. How to solve this problem?
