Game stuck on end of charm

I was playing a scenario where Falirson got charmed by a harpy.
The harpy probably got killed by some AI lizardman, because, during the green AI's turn, Falirson turned back from grey to blue. A bunch of messages Speed/Poisonous Fumes then ran across the screen from top to bottom and disappeared after a second or two.
At this point, the game remained with the green 'AI Turn' banner being displayed, kept using 22% of my CPU (so around 1 core) and would never switch to my turn.

Loading save0 and passing turn without doing anything doesn't cause the issue. I wouldn't reproduce when giving actual orders either.
I can't be 100% sure it's an infinite loop, but 746 thousands of similar lines in the log files hint in that direction.
