Sorry but on the first level in Campaign i capture all the settlements or whatever but the game does not end.
I can travel to the corners of the map but still the level doesn't end, what have I missed?

I did see something about that we should 'Raid' but i don't see an icon for that.
Is this what i need to do?

Yeah, there is an ability button for raiding if you click units in settlements.

You need to have a unit in a settlement, they will then get a raid icon on their "actionbar".
