Infantry recruit specialisation

Here's an idea.
We currently have various German/Soviet armor/AT specialisations were these units get a bonus in attack/defense when they are adjacent to another similar unit.
Why not add a similar specialisation to Conscript/Volksturm/US Recuits where these units get a bonus when fighting adjacent to a regular infantry unit?
