From the pro software section on the site. Is Combat Mission not made by a competitor or am I missing something?

The link was a picture from the Slitherine/Matrix site. Just wondering if theres some sort of deal between the makers of combat mission and Slitherine.
I assume links to the Slitherine site itself are allowed.
