Is it now possible to manually select where the game expects to find Mods and Campaigns?

How can we set this folder to our desired location? If it is not possible yet, when can we expect this facility? (Mods and Campaigns are quite large files and there may not be much storage available on our system disk, the current (only?) default location.)

This isn't currently a high priority on my todo list for the game. While it may be useful in specific setups for a small number of players there are just too many updates we can make that would affect more players. But it is on the global task list from when it was suggested.
