Android version

I dont understand, why this games(i mean Vietnam 65 and Afghanistan 11) are not ported to Android like some other computer games, that are being sold in Google Play? They have very "mobile" look, and i always thought that they are created mainly for mobile platforms like tablets and smartphones, but it looks like it is available only on iPad. I agree that majority of players on that platforms play some pay-to-win f2p games, but still there are some potential buyers.
