I have participated last tournament.
but today when I join the new tournament, the page said: You must log in to multiplayer with this account before you join a tournament. Alternatively, if you have a serial number you must register it.
I have linked my steam account and played multiplayer games well, but could't join the tournament, can somebody tell me the reason?
How can I fixed it?

It is possible that the new server code does not like something about your username or password. Support have access to that data and can help to resolve the issue
