Discord? Also, what about a diplomatic option "send emissary"

A FOGE Discord to organize schedule and have alliance chats would be good, for multiplayer, IMO.
A diplomacy option, Multiplayer Only, and only when both factions are players, where you click "Send Emissary" and then you can write your message. The next turn the other player will read the message by himself. Just a little feature where you can communicate with other players without everyone playing being privy to your plans and conversations. Would be great for immersion, roleplay, and also for PVP matches.
