Incorrect hex ownership of one of the Rostov VP's makes it impossible to achieve the "Hold or Retake Rostov" objective unless the player loses the orange USSR hex and retakes it in order to turn it into a green USSR hex. Holding onto this hex for the duration of the scenario actually fails the objective because the trigger is looking for green ownership. Details here.
