Crash at launch

As the title said it crash at launch. I am using Win 10 French Canadian System. I have attached the dump and log files generated.

I get those occasionally on other DLC's but I just restart the game and it's fine. Haven't had any trouble with Red Star.

Hi,

I did what was supposed to solve the problem ... But it still crashes.

It is a first installation.

No saved games and old settings.

My video crd drivers have been updated.

When exactly does it crash? At the opening menu screen or after you begin playing the game?

Please post a DxDiag report file.

How to get a DxDiag report file:

1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8/10 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time)
2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows 8/10)
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. Attach the file to your message

The issue, most likely, is related with the Citrix Indirect Display Adapter that you've installed.

And what should I do ? Cannot uninstall Citrix, it is used to connect to work ,..

I'm afraid I've no further suggestion than to uninstall and check if the issue persists.
That adapter can conflict with the dedicated Nvidia drivers, and we know that some games just won't start.
I've seen this happening with different game engines.

Hi When I uninstalled Citrix, the error is not there anymore.

I reinstalled Citrix (need it for work) and now everything seems to be fine. Thank you. It is solved.
