Gents:

Just got back into Polaris Sector (after a long absence) and am enjoying it.

However, I can't figure out how to build celestial stations? It is not mentioned in the game manual.

Can any Polaris Sector vets help me?

Also cold Hovering Platforms - those are Doms for Gas Giants. First you research them, than colonize a Gas Giant, than build them like any other Dom/Platform.
