A couple of things...

First of all I have been enjoying myself playing the game, I usually play RTW2 with the DeI mod but my rig needs a new Graphics Card to run it better so stopped using it. I've had a great time on a Pontus playthrough but stopped after the new patch (and in the midst of a Golden Age) to start with someone else and picked Judea.
One thing about them though: does Judea not receive Heavy Infantry ever? I had barracks built including the special Zealot one and never got the option to build them and I was doing very well so should have had them due to buildings etc (deffo would have in the Pontus game) and I did have one unit at the beginning of the game but once that went no more were available. Secondly, I am liking Client States gifting regions to help round out Provinces - always a nice thing to happen, not sure if this is down to the new patch but if so nice work.
However, and I know this has been said before, could you please make it so that the garrisons stop coming out to fight when you are attacked in a future patch. I'd decided to not use FOG2 for this playthrough and was carefully crafting my armies to work as best as they could and it was so infuriating when a bunch of militia pop up and relegate my Slingers or Camel ridders to the bench and also seemingly make them unable to skirmish out front too! The losses that ensued have given me the right hump! Will be back to using FOG2 for battles in future.
All in all though a cracking game and hopefully it'll get better once a few things have been finessed a bit more.
