Diplomacy and negotiations

It would be good to have more diplomatic detail in this game. I would suggest
A more detailed negotiation round (or series of rounds) might occur as each side makes demands, offers and concessions as the talks proceed. At some stage the talks conclude as either success, failure or compromise with ab impact upon international relations.
This would be a huge improvement to an already good game
- Trade concessions
Offering or demanding tribute
territorial concessions ceding or offering regions or provinces
