Quick question, under cohesion testing it states that "foot testing for losing impact combat vs impact foot is a -1". Does that mean any foot or?
Examples; (Roman) impact foot against (Roman) impact foot , does the losing group have that -1 in the impact phase?

Yes, any foot. IF losing to IF still take the minus -1. If you lose, just because you are impact foot does not mean that the other team lose their impact foot ability.

Same applies to lancers vs lancers.
