Could somebody, please, explain in details how Decadence and Nation size interact?

1) if I understand correctly (big if), decadence from "nation size" for CDR calculations is the sum of decadances from provinces you own. The numbers in game are close but seem a little off when I sum provinces by hand.

2) I have no idea how decadence from "nation size" per province per turn is calculated (the one in province tab popup). Is there some nonlinear formula?

1)decadence from nation size AND from buildings is sum of province decadence
2)0.5+0.05*regions your have - in each reagion, also if region in province it gain only 1/2 decadence from size

also you lose 10% accumulated decadence in province
