Game update not working

Hello. I am trying to update to the latest version just launched today and I cannot get it to work. The update tool built into the game launcher keeps timing out and when I try to download it from the link on the update page (ftp://ftp2.matrixgames.com/FieldofGlory ... v1.0.2.zip) it spins for a bit then times out. I opened up ports on my firewall, restarted my internet and PC, and still nothing. Any suggestions?
