I currently have pirate ships in the black sea, successfully raiding the coastline. I'm not sure how to find out how much they are making?

if you set the message level to average, then you'll see messages of how much you got.

also can see using the raided indicator on the map.

having said that, there is a bug in 1.1 that means that pirates often don't raid when they should. Will be fixed in 1.2

even so, a few pirate ships are very useful as they are pretty much immune to supply problems so great for long range scouting.

A quick question on pillaging a province.

I just beat a Roman Army as Dacia in a border region and as a result I have a region I have little interest in with understandably low loyalty of about 40% but I have no clickable option for my army to pillage the province.....any idea why ?

I have yet to see that option active in my campaign of 100 years or so.
