I have problem with my Field of Glory 2 Account. I forgot my PW. I contactet the Support (Ticket#2019071110000378) but they dont answer me back. They say, the account is by an oder email adress. On my old PC i can log in withs account because the Password is saved there Can you help me?

Thanks for the fast answer. From the support i bekame this answer: After that, i write back. ( You see it in the first post). After this i wait 5 day for an answer. I have the account with Chipmunk already. The proof you see on the picture. I can on the old PC start battles ect.

i don't have the correct access to help, only options are support i'm sorry to say
