Disappointing Tech Support

A couple of weeks ago, my WH40K Gladius game stopped working. Just out of the blue it started giving me an error message when I tried to start the game. 3221225477 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
I sent in a request for tech support and got a message back asking for some log files. I sent them what they asked for and that's been the last I've heard from them. I've sent in several requests for status, but have gotten no reply. This is rather disappointing. I've come to expect better service from Slitherine.

replies can only be given if solutions for errors are found, if something isn't repeatable, then it's hard to fix or say what it is, but if you contact support again, then they should give you a answer or ask for more information

There is nothing in my Spam box. I did receive the reply to my initial request for help. But I have gotten nothing since. The link you have in your post, what am I supposed to do with that? I know next to nothing about computers. I clicked on the link and it took me they Radeon site, but what should I do next?

it's a site where drivers are on, and depending on what card you have, you download the drivers for that model and O/S, so your using the latest version of the drivers for your card, which helps with almost every games support

Okay, the software update on the video driver seems to have done the trick! Thanks very much for your help. Sorry about the communications problems.
