new German ui

Created new ui for German campaign.
Right click save place in graphics ui folder one small and one large.

Looks good. I assume it disappears when necessary and doesn't block the various data windows. Now if we could get a button that would raise and lower this whole thing without having to use a cheat code . . .

Should work just fine.
Rename ui_germany small to ui_germany then place into \Order of Battle World War II\Order of Battle - WW2_64_Data\Content\Graphics\UI\Small folder.
Place other file into Order of Battle World War II\Order of Battle - WW2_64_Data\Content\Graphics\UI\Large folder.
