LF Vs non-skirmishers

At p60 of rulesbook there are the rules that cover LF charging/response to charge. Calling bad going uneven, rough and difficult terrain, we can summarize:
Open Terrain-> LF cannot charge unbroken non-skirmisher and must pass a CMT to receive a charge at hold
Bad Going-> LF can receive a charge at hold
In bad going likely they can charge without CMT, but I infer it from analogy because there isn't anyway in the rules. In the Full Turn Sequence I find in Impact Phase "CMT for skirmishers or missile foot wishing to charge non-skirmishers". The skirmishers in question could be just the LH, who can charge in open passing a CMT, but I'm still confused. Can you make me clear this rule?

Bye,
Mario.

* LF can only charge non skirmishers in uneven, rough or difficult terrain and do not need a test to do so.

* LH need a CMT to charge the front of non skirmishers and can never intercept non skirmshers.

* LF or LH must pass a CMT to stand if charged by non skirmishers when not entriely in uneven, rough or difficult terrain.

It seems to me your understanding is fine but that you are confusing yourself with the sequence of play. The only skirmishers that ever have to test to charge are LH so the sequence of play could say "CMT for light horse or missile foot" rather than "CMT for skirmishers or missile foot".

Do English longbow men with swordsmen ability have to pass a CMT before they can charge missile foot?
