I just purchased gates of troy off the slitherin site, but I didnt have any activation sent to me via email. I requested for the activation key to be sent to me numerous times, but I never received an email. So How do i obtain my activation key so i can play????

can you send any details about your order to support@slitherine.co.uk such as your full name, order date, order number and anything else you have? You will have to validte your e-mail address due to the hundreds of spam mails we receive every day.

It sounds like you entered an invalid e-mail address in teh initial order and and the confirmation was sent there.

i submitted the email to the adress u provided, but I dont really know the reference/order # of my purchase because i did not print the confirmation page that shows up at the end of the purchase....In my e-mail I included the name on the purchase, the email address used for the purchase, and payment method...You think that is enough info. to get my activation key?

how fast does the support email people reply???
I think its kinda fucked up that I paid for this product and I dont even get to play it.
I was told that I would receive a confirmation email with my reference number which wud also let me activate my game but I didnt even get that ever. rofl weak shit
Is there a way I can at least get a refund??

Sorry for the delay but we have just replied. We are a UK based company with 5 staff (2 programmers, 1 designer, 1 artist and a business manager), so are not able to provide 24 hour response but we do our best!

We need you to correspond with us using the e-mail address that the order was placed with for security reasons. A full explanation is in the mail we sent to you this morning. Please also check your junk mail filter to see if the purchase confirmation mail was filtered out.

Usually you do not even require the activation code as if you install the game directly after download (i.e. without rebooting) it will automatically register the game for you.

ok well i jus sent you an email from my purchase address, so hopefully i can get my key.
would i still have to request it one more time?
